I rebuilt it with identical copy, so design was the only variable — and turned it profitable.

It consolidates essential services into a single platform, offering features like academic timetables, bus and ferry schedules, room bookings and a lost-and-found portal. app, replacing a broken legacy portal. Live for campus students since September 2023.

I am a curiosity-driven human — always learning, always expanding horizons. I grew up in the beautiful city of Udaipur, admiring and learning art. Then I did my engineering at IIT Guwahati, got introduced to design as a subject, and have been obsessed ever since. At Transformative Ventures I fine-tuned those skills on marketing and everything D2C ecommerce.
I prototype in code, ship the real thing, then instrument it — because a design isn't finished when it looks right, it's finished when the numbers improve experience. My biggest win was when a customer mentioned she felt hungry looking at an ad I'd made. (Full story on a call :)
